Thirty-year-long experience
Implanted for thirty years in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, we developed our own strengths to satisfy our clients the best way we can. We have been working with some of them for a long time: Salins du midi, Logista, Truck and Wheel, Groupe La Poste etc. Our skills and knowledge justify the trust they give us. Beyond our field experience, these thirty years gave us the time to learn how to manage our teams, which are always at the core of our company. We know that our teams are important for our company to thrive.

Work environment
We make sure our offices are always taken care of. Our coworkers can have lunch on site and rest in a staff room, where they can buy snacks. The nice and spacious offices create a good environment to work. The outside is as maintained as the offices and reminds of the region by its grapevines. Our parking lot makes it easy for our coworkers to park and drive in security. From trucks to computers, our teams worktools are often renewed so that they are always operational. We actually replace our trucks every five years. A special department takes care of these trucks while they are in our company.
Eco responsibility
Following our values, we do our best to respect the environment and reduce our energy usage. Our warehouse is completely lit by LEDs, which are longlasting and less consuming. We also use rain water to wash our fleet of trucks, so that we have never used our water network. We incite our coworkers to sort their wastes through different bins. Our vehicles respect the Euro 6 norms, which limit our greenhouse gas emissions. We raise our drivers’ awairness of the environment respect by ecodriving. Our clients will soon be able to check the carbon footprint of our routes. We would like to get accredited to ISO 14001.
Works council
Our works council has been offering our teams benefits since november 2007. We work with COMITEO, which despite the size of our business allows us to access advantageous offers (holiday discounts, theme parks…). Each year, we plan an organized trip for our employees and their families. Once the sanitary situation is under control, we will organize sports tournaments. We celebrate holiday season and give our teams gift cards for instance. COMITEO has been organizing an advent calendar game to win other gift cards.
